Review existing tickets
You will receive an email notification whenever an agent replies to your ticket. You can either login to our support center to review and update your ticket, or you can reply directly to the ticket and it will be automatically updated within our system.
When you feel the ticket has been successfully answered, please click on the “Yeah, Close This Ticket” button within the ticket details.
