When you sign up for the live instruction of LEAP you will receive access to the online version, which includes a written document and a short video. You will be part of a small group (no more than 10 attendees) and will be gradually guided through the five elements of the program (meditation; intentions & desires; inspirational practices; energy psychology; and thoughts create reality). The time commitment outside of the live sessions can be as little as 10 minutes a day.
This live program provides personalized step-by-step instruction from us as well as learning from others in the group. You do not need to be familiar with the concepts we’ve mentioned here, as there will be plenty of time for questions. There is no pressure to learn at a particular pace and active participation within the group is not required. This is a relaxed and comfortable learning atmosphere, as we will be holding the sessions in our home. This live version also provides the benefit of a community of “like-minded” people for you to connect with.
